FurPerch offers a 1-Year Limited Warranty on eligible products against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or issues caused by external factors beyond normal household use.

To request warranty support, contact us with your order number, product name, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos if available. If confirmed covered, we may offer a replacement part, product replacement, or another reasonable solution at our discretion.
